It's a white deck? This is a Murloc Synchro deck. Di Xing remembers this deck being very strong in the manga, but it's not very strong in the OCG version, mainly because white decks are hard to convert into standard decks.

Besides the Level 10 monster, this deck also includes Synchro Monsters that can be resurrected from the Graveyard and used as Tuners. The Level 10 monster, in particular, requires a Tuner monster to be Synchro Summoned.

While it sounds like a good fit, it has the same problem as Burst Mode: it's too slow.
