Chi Xuan, Fang Heng, and Yang Yizhou moved in, and the five of them instantly surrounded Ji Xingyi. Guo Xinwen quietly moved towards the corner of the wall. She didn't want to be caught in the crossfire; she didn't want to be harmed.

Ji Xingyi turned around and swung his knife again. Fang Heng was about to dodge when he was bumped by Yu Ling, who rushed up from behind. With a thud, Fang Heng lowered his head in pain.
The silver blade pierced Fang Heng's abdomen!
Ji Xingyi's pupils dilated, and he drew his knife.
Fang Heng clutched his abdominal wound, staggered backward, and blood gushed onto the ground.
"Fang Heng!" Yu Ling supported Fang Heng and shouted anxiously, "I'm going to kill you!"
"Hold on! Fang Heng!" Chi Xuan frantically pressed on Fang Heng's abdomen, looking at Ji Xingyi in disbelief. She regretted why she had shown mercy; she should have listened to Yu Ling and killed Ji Xingyi!
"I'm going to kill you!" Chi Xuan glared at Ji Xingyi through tears. Jiang Lin killed Zhou Jue, and Ji Xingyi killed Fang Heng. It was utterly ironic!
"Fire!" Suddenly, the innkeeper's anxious shouts came from downstairs at the Qingshui Inn. A few seconds later, thick black smoke billowed up the stairs!
The waiter, his face blackened by smoke, shouted into the room, "Run! Fire! Run!"
The houses in the ancient town were all made of solid wood, and the fire spread very quickly. Yang Yizhou, enduring the pain, carried Su Yuning on his back and left first.
The smoke was getting increasingly choking. Guo Xinwen grabbed Chi Xuan, who was about to rush towards Ji Xingyi in a frenzy: "Go! There's no time! Saving your life is the most important thing!"
"You just wait!" Yu Ling sneered at Ji Xingyi, then followed Chi Xuan and Guo Xinwen, quickly retreating.

Ji Xing turned his head and saw that the waiter with a face covered in soot was actually Chen Jiangqiao!
Ji Xingyi immediately withdrew her leg and followed Chen Jiangqiao out via another staircase in the inn. Turning the corner, Ji Xingyi saw Wang Zhe again: "Are you two alright?"
Wang Zhe, still dressed in his waiter's uniform, said with a proud look, "What could possibly happen between us!"
"Let's talk as we walk!" Chen Jiangqiao replied while wiping his face.
Led by Shi Tou, Chen Jiangqiao and Wang Zhe entered the Jin residence, but as soon as they entered, Wang Zhe sensed something was amiss. Shi Tou had suddenly brought two strangers into the house, and despite the tight security at the entrance, no one questioned them.
